When you cancel there is a 30 DAY cancelation process through our system. Your cancelation goes in to effect 30 days from the time of you submitting a cancelation confirmation, through one of our communication options. If your payment falls within those 30 DAYS, it will be charged because, it doesn't cancel until the 30 days comes up from when you submitted WRITTEN confirmation to cancel.
We have options that do not have monthly auto withdrawal, this is on every port of communication we offer!
Also, please contact us via FB, FB messenger, Webpage, App or TEXT. All communication moving forward about MEMBERSHIPS will need to be in writing! CYA FILE!!
*ALSO, MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THROUGH YOUR APP WHAT MEMBERSHIP YOU HAVE, IF IT IS MONTH TO MONTH, WHATEVER CARD YOU USED THE FIRST TIME, IT WILL AUTO-GENERATE. IF YOU NEED TO CHANGE THE CARD, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU DO IT UNDER YOUR EXISTING ACCOUNT!!!
