Are there any restrictions?

Yes. Restrictions are set in place to ensure the safety and success of the participant. DO NOT participate in bungee classes if:

  • You are over 250 lbs. Harnesses and bungee cords will be adjusted to provide proper resistance, and harnesses do come in a variety of sizes, but for a safe and successful training session, and the comfort the weight limit is 250 lbs. (No weight restrictions for non-bungee classes)

  • You are pregnant or think you might be pregnant

  • You’ve had recent surgery and haven’t been cleared by your doctor to exercise

 

When should I arrive?

Bungee stations are tailored to the individual and the set-up process takes time. Please arrive 15 minutes early to help ensure class starts on time.  We provide all equipment needed for the workout. 

 

What should I wear? 

We recommend wearing comfortable athletic leggings or bike shorts, a tank top or t-shirt, supportive athletic shoes (if applicable). Loose clothing and short shorts are not recommended. For men, please wear supportive, fitted clothing. Loose basketball shorts and boxers are NOT recommended.

 

What are your hours?

We do not have set business hours. 

Because of the limited spots for bungee and other fitness we offer, all participants must book online before attending a class. You can find our schedule on the website www.gitfit.biz under the Hours of Operation tab.   

How do I purchase a package?

Click on the MORE tab in the upper right-hand screen for the drop-down menu> click PLANS and PRICING> click the package you want to purchase> choose from various CLASS PACKAGES. After you pick a package, you will then be able to register.  Once the checkout process is complete, you will be able to book for desired classes.

How do I book a class?

Click on the MORE tab in the upper right-hand screen for the drop-down menu> click BOOK NOW> click the SERVICE you want to book.  From there you can pick the day and times that work for you.

What about class cancellations?

A class is cancelled due to inclement weather, emergency maintenance or personal emergency. Clients will receive notifications via email and Facebook, and you will be able to reschedule the class.

 

What happens if I need to cancel my plan?

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED

If you need to cancel, you will do so 30 days prior to the next billing of membership charge.
